Gli Appartamenti di Via XX Settembre sono di nuova costruzione facenti parte di una palazzina bella e tranquilla. La costruzione e l'arredamento sono stati curati dall'ART FASHION Studio su progetto e direzione lavori dell'Architetto Stefano Bizzarri.
Gli appartamenti si trovano al piano terra sollevati da 10 gradini, entrambi dispongono di un ampio spazio esterno, per godere della tranquillità che offre al città di Carassai.
Gli appartamenti sono stati progettati e realizzati facendo particolare attenzione all'uso dei colori e dei materiali in modo particolare nella cura dei bagni molto curati e rilassanti, l'illuminazione è sata studiata meticolosamente come l'arredamento che si presta perfettamente alle esigenze contemporanee.
La casa è fatta per riposare... ma Carassai è tutta da vedere, infatti la posizione strategica a 5 minuti dal centro storico, ma a 100 merti dalle strade a scorrimento veloce che portano a Fermo oppure ad Ascoli Piceno per vedere e assaggiare i paesaggi ed i prodotti delle Marche.
Uscendo dalla porta, facendo 5 minuti a piedi, oppure 1 minuto in macchina possiamo godere del giardino comunale, dell'area attrezzata per i bambini, della chiesa di Santa Maria del Buon Gesù, quind del Bar Centrale, del Municipio, del Museo Antiquario e di tutte le piccole botteghe della città.
Essendo in un piccolo centro non c'è problema per il parcheggio.
Se hai dei bambini, troverai il Centro Storico chiuso al traffico dove potrai passeggiare degustando un buon gelato nella traquillità di un piccolo borgo medievale.

The Via XX Settembre apartments are newly built part of a building beautiful and quiet. The construction and furnishings were treated by the Art FASHION Studio design and construction supervision of the Architect Stefano Bizzarri.
The apartments are situated on the raised ground floor of 10 steps, both have ample space outside to enjoy the tranquility that offers the city of Carassai.
The apartments have been designed and built with particular attention to the use of colors and materials, especially in the care of very well kept and relaxing bathrooms, the lighting is carefully designed sata as the furniture that is perfectly suited to contemporary needs.
The house is made to rest ... Carassai but it remains to be seen, in fact, strategic position just 5 minutes from the historic center, but at 100 Merti the highways leading in Fermo, Ascoli Piceno, or to see and enjoy the scenery and the products of the Marche.
Leaving the door, making a 5 minute walk or 1 minute by car we can enjoy the communal garden, the area equipped for children, the church of Santa Maria of the Good Jesus, then the Bar Central, Town Hall, the Museum and Antique all the small shops of the city.
Being in a small town there isn't problem for parking.
